Delivery Times And Dispatch
We provide four different shipping methods within Australia. For more details on delivery timings, please refer to the information provided by Australia Post and Couriers Please. We strive to dispatch orders from our warehouse on the same day or the next day (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Guidelines
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process and send it out on the next business day (Monday – Friday). Once orders are placed, they are not subject to editing, addition, or cancellation.
For secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel, or select ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Upon processing your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you are unable to find your consignment number or if you have queries about your shipped order, please email us at hello@joyfullmealtimes.com.au.
