The ensuing Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, any other terms and conditions found throughout our site (such as our Returns & Exchanges Policy), and all applicable laws and regulations, collectively govern your use of our website and the services we offer (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
By accessing or using our website, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to utilizing our services.
Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Please be aware that prices may change without prior notice, with the revised prices taking effect immediately upon posting to the site or after any form of notification.
Order Acceptance and Booking
Upon your selection and order placement, you will receive an acknowledgment email containing the details of your order. However, please note that this email does NOT constitute acceptance of your order, rather, it is confirmation of receipt of your order.
Your order is deemed accepted, and a contract between you and Joyfull is completed when we (or our authorized agents) email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched and given over to the designated carrier. This contract applies to both the provision of services and supply of goods, and is concluded in Victoria, Australia.
We reserve the right to refuse your order if we are unable to authorize payment, if the ordered item is out of stock, if the services are unavailable, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Times and Dispatch
We provide four different shipping methods within Australia. For more details on delivery timings, please refer to the information provided by Australia Post and Couriers Please. We strive to dispatch orders from our warehouse on the same day or the next day (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Guidelines
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process and send it out on the next business day (Monday – Friday). Once orders are placed, they are not subject to editing, addition, or cancellation.
For secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel, or select ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Upon processing your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you are unable to find your consignment number or if you have queries about your shipped order, please email us at hello@joyfullmealtimes.com.au.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Period
If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 28 days of placing your order. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind or cancelled orders.
Return Postage
A freight fee of $9.95-$19.95 applies for all eligible returns.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@joyfullmealtimes.com.au so we can dispatch the correct order to you.
Sale Items
During certain promotional periods, different return conditions may apply. Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit unless faulty. Sale items are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
