1. How do I know the prices I see on your site?

You can find all our prices listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and they include GST. We wanted to keep things simple and clear for you.

2. I’m excited about my order! When will I know you’ve received it?

As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you an acknowledgement email. You can sit back and relax knowing that your order is being processed. We’ll also send another email when your items are dispatched, so you can track your delivery.

3. What if the item I want is not available?

We do our best to keep all our items in stock, but sometimes we run out. If this happens, we’ll let you know straight away.

4. When will my order be dispatched?

We’re as excited as you are about your order! We’ll dispatch your items on the same or next day if your order comes in on a weekday (excluding public holidays).

5. What if I need to change my order after it’s placed?

Unfortunately, we can’t modify or cancel orders after they’re placed. We ask that you double-check your order before submitting to ensure you’re happy with your choices.

6. How can I keep track of my order?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.

7. What if I’m not home for the delivery?

We understand that life can get busy. If you’re not available, please ensure someone else can sign for your parcel at your chosen address. Alternatively, select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and we’ll leave your parcel at your delivery address.

8. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. You can contact us within 28 days of placing your order to initiate a return. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind or cancelled orders after the sale.

9. Who pays for the return postage?

For all returns that meet our policy criteria, a freight fee of $9.95-$19.95 will apply.

10. What if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s a mix-up and you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Our customer service team will arrange to send you the correct order.

11. What happens to my returned items?

When you return an item, you’re also giving back. Usable returned products are donated to local charities supporting mothers, babies, and children.

12. Can I return sale items?

We ask that you choose sale items carefully, as we are unable to offer returns for these unless they are faulty.

13. Is my personal information safe with you?

Your privacy is our priority. We promise to keep your information safe and use it only for the purposes stated in our privacy policy.

14. How can I stop receiving marketing messages?

We understand if you need a break from our updates. You can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or SMS we send you.

15. Under which laws do these Terms and Conditions operate?

The laws of Australia govern our Terms and Conditions, making sure we’re all playing by the same rules.

16. What does a subscription with Joyfull Mealtimes mean?

Some of our products are available on a subscription basis, which means they’ll be delivered to you automatically at your chosen frequency. It’s a hassle-free way to keep your pantry stocked.

We’re always excited to see your content! Any text, images, audio, or video you submit to our website is considered “user content”. By sharing it with us, you’re giving us permission to use it across various media platforms.
